Sales/Marketing Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales / marketing organization and manage daily operation in Sales Divison.
- Prepare annual budget, provide analysis and feedback on budget versus actual result
- Setup marketing strategy and promotion plan
- To motivate, coach, and develop people to achieve maximum productivity and sales target
- To identify the training needs for himself and team, to give a briefing, a refreshing training to team
- Create effective and innovative marketing and promotional program
- Develop new business and maintain existing business
- Conduct marketing research, market analys, product development, promotion, and partnership development to ensure that all marketing targets are achieved
Requirements:
- Male, age Max. 35 years old
- University Graduated
- At least 3-5 year or working experience in sales & marketing field for the medical equipment company
- Good command in English
- Fluency in all commonly used computer programs, like Microsoft Office, and internet
- Possess good negotiation, leadership, self starter, can work independently with strong communication, analytical, decision making skill, and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
- Show accuracy, punctuality, integrity and capability to take pre-emptive action in every activity conducted
- A team player and has the ability to inspire commitment
- Willing to learn something new, field oriented person (80% field, 30% office)
- Must possess own transport vehicle
