Business Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives; revenue management related
- Acting as an agent in continuous improvement process for leakage protection ; realize additional revenue
- Conducting performance review and identifying appropriate development
- Assisting in preparing; following up outcome of weekly meeting
- Ensuring the business process is done properly
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Minimum S1 in an y discipline with S2 is and advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Good command in English (Oral and writing)
- Strong analytical and numeral skills
- Computer Literate
- Target oriented, Proactive - self starter person and Able to work independently
- Good knowledge is Project Management
- Good problem solving & communication skill
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
