Produce Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of Lifestyle Customer Retention Programs to establish Brand and Customer Loyalty
Requirements:
* Around 28 years old male or female with min S1/D3 Degree from reputable universities (preferably majoring in Tourism)
* Have min. 2 years working experience in Produce Area as a Supervisor/ Team Leader with significant successful track record from branded supermarkets
* Sales driven and result oriented
* Good communication in English both oral and written (capabilities in Dutch/French is advantages)
* Strong interpersonal skill & leadership skill
