Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent
Experience of mining operation & understanding in mining operation
Responsible for setting up & leading a new highly professional & motivated team for the upcoming mines of the group.
Leadership and good communication skills
Honest, attention to detail, highly motivated and good team work ability
Willing to locate in the Site
