Marketing Manager - Credit Service

PT. AEON Credit Service Indonesia is the subsidiary of AEON Credit Service Co., Ltd., a leading multinational finance company in Asian region, which provides financial services including but not limited to consumer finance, credit card, personal loan, insurance, and banking. The parent Company and its subsidiaries listed at respective stock exchange in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia. In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, PC, and mobile phone. Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Electronic City, BEST Denki, Yamaha Music Dealers, Bhinneka.com and many others. We are expanding the operations both for existing and new businesses, and we would like to welcome leaders and young professionals to join our team to expand the company in following position:

Responsibilities:

Establish marketing organization and manage daily operation in Marketing Department
Prepare annual budget, provide analysis and feedback on budget versus actual result
Setup marketing strategy and promotion plan
Expand merchant network and liaise with manufactures
To motivate, coach, and develop people to achieve maximum productivity and sales target
To identify the training needs for himself and team, to give a briefing, a refreshing training to team
Create effective and innovative marketing and promotional program
Develop new business and maintain existing business
Conduct marketing research, market analys, product development, promotion, and partnership development to ensure that all marketing targets are achieved

Requirements:


Male, Max. 40 years old
Bachelor`s degree in Management/Marketing, Master degree would be an advantage
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same position from a multinational company, preferably from multi-finance industries
Excellent verbal and written English skill is A MUST (Mandarin/Japan speaking would be an advantage)
Fluency in all commonly used computer programs, like Microsoft Office
Show accuracy, punctuality, integrity and capability to take pre-emptive action in every activity conducted
Possess good negotiation, leadership, and decision making skill
Able to plan and execute effective marketing programs, advertising and sales promotions campaigns
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
A team player and has the ability to inspire commitment, motivation from peers and subordinates
Willing to learn something new, field oriented person (70% field, 30% office)
Must possess own transport vehicle
